This past Saturday we were honored to provide the food for the first annual ANDRE’S ANGELS charity ride.

Saturday, September 8th our kitchen manager,Michael, had the good fortune to marry the gorgeous Molly. The wedding was held at a Sundance cabin and we loved spending the day celebrating with (and feeding) their families.

A family reunion is a TON of work for everyone involved. Why not let us do the cooking and have more time to spend with the family?
That’s what the Taylor Family did last weekend and it was some party! We prepared the food, served it and took care of everything while they relaxed after a crazy day of activities.
Hobble Creek Canyon has the coolest pavilions. This one had a round firepit in the middle with and lots of amenities.
Serving up delicious brisket and pulled pork to the masses.
There weren’t many leftovers, but this lucky guy got to finish off the brisket pan…
We had a great (though HOT!) time catering Unicity’s Summer Party. They had a cool lineup of entertainment vendors and we served up a whole bunch of food to 300 hungry folks.
Fresh Peach Cobbler- served with ice cream, caramel and hot fudge. The flavors of summer!
Have you heard of the online marketing company Orange Soda? They are helping us with our online presence (with a new website and facebook page in the works!) and yesterday we got to cater for them too.

A standing ovation? Thanks! Okay, it was for the speakers… but we did get great reviews of the food too.

Orange Soda is clearly a fun, high energy company and we had a great time at the event. They also have some talented graphic designers, if you’re into that kind of thing…
For the second year, we at Five Star were excited to sponsor the Habitat For Humanity Women Build. It was great to be a part of this amazing program. A group of hard workin’ women spent the day renovating a home for a deserving family in Orem and we got to help them keep their energy up with some tasty bbq.

A fun catering job at a great venue in Mapleton. The Silver Slippers group put on a cowboy themed dinner dance for their members and we had the pleasure of providing the tasty bbq grub. These were the star of the show…
Last weekend we had the honor of catering one of the best wedding dinners we’ve seen in awhile. Get this… the mothers of the couple getting married are best friends! The families are from Texas so the theme of the dinner was Texan all the way. We contributed our delicious brisket sandwiches, mac and cheese and smoked beans.
Big thanks to the bride and groom and their families for choosing us for this event. It was a pleasure to watch the fun unfold!
