Last week I introduced you to the Smoky Brisket Fajita idea. My family loved it so much that this week I decided to try it again with a little twist or two. I took home a pound of smoked Chicken and topped it with the veggies and melted cheese. The fajitas were delicious and we served them with this LIME MINT COOLER.(click on the words for a link to the recipe.) It’s been so HOT in our house lately, this meal only required the stove to be on for a few minutes and the coolers did just what their name promised.
