This coming weekend is going to be so much fun for us here at Five Star BBQ! We have a full service wedding in Salt Lake City on the 4th along with the Provo Town Centre Car Show!

"Provo Towne Centre will be hosting Freedom Days fifth annual car show on July 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for an afternoon surrounded by dozens of unique and exclusive Competition, Vintage and Classic vehicles and custom motorcycles. Entertainment will be provided by JC Hackett productions featuring Jay Sisson, and The Road Kingz Rock Band"

Five Star Five Pound Show Me What You Got Throw Down!

After a week of clues, we have a winner of our final trivia! Rosie Comollo Getts was our lucky winner of a $50 Gift Certificate to Five Star BBQ!

Our last trivia answer is the title of our brand new eating challenge! It is not for the faint of heart. Only for those who truly love BBQ and can pack it down like nobody's business!

Challenger will attempt to eat 5 pounds of our succulent smoked brisket, 2 full bowls of your favorite side (excluding salad- 'cause that's just weak!), 2 pieces of bread and the choice of a drink.

Challenger will have 55 minutes to clean his/her plate with zero bathroom breaks.

If the challenger can accomplish all this with in the allotted time limit, they will win:

1) a free Five Star BBQ Company t-shirt and when you wear it into the store you will receive a FREE drink

2) Their Challenge meal will be free of charge

3) Challenger's name will go on our Wall of Legends

4) Bragging Rights

If the Challenger does not eat all of his/her food within the time limit or breaks any of our challenge rules, he/she will receive a pat on the back and a walk of shame to the cash register to pay $50

A BBQ Wedding!

Five Star BBQ was invited by the Lynsky family to serve our delicious BBQ at their son's wedding dinner. What could be better than a beautiful location, friends, family and amazing BBQ?!

 We use chaffing dishes for full service events to keep our food hot

Burgers, Dogs, and a beautiful day at the park...(sigh)

It was a beautiful day at Liberty Park and perfect for grillin'!

Last week, JT and Mike were able to go up to SLC and do some grillin'! JT got a phone call from a long lost friend, Rich Green. They had played ball together in their younger days. Rich was planning a party for his daughter and remembered that JT has mad grillin' skills.

These Chicago Red Hots (hot dogs, not really hot-just the brand name) are considered one of the best all beef franks in the world and we use them!
