Putting Eli to work on Take Your Kid To Work Day.

Joni and Jt’s son Eli put in a good days work on Take Your Kid to Work Day. Don’t feel bad for him though, he loved it. Guess the restaurant business is in his blood.

First priority- Washing his hands, of course.

Then, he showed off his muscles while mashing some Herbed Mashed Potatoes.

He loves to sweep! Making sure the dining area is nice and clean before we open.

A Texas Inspired BBQ Wedding Dinner.

Last weekend we had the honor of catering one of the best wedding dinners we’ve seen in awhile. Get this… the mothers of the couple getting married are best friends! The families are from Texas so the theme of the dinner was Texan all the way. We contributed our delicious brisket sandwiches, mac and cheese and smoked beans.

Big thanks to the bride and groom and their families for choosing us for this event. It was a pleasure to watch the fun unfold!
